Clear sealer has deteriorated due to exposure to UV rays. Floor has lost it's shine. Chips are exposed and attract dirt and rubber from tires. Floor no longer rinses clean. If left unattended the remaining layers of paint will start to dry out and become brittle. Holes will start to develop thus requiring patching or re-applying new chips and sealer.

Restoring the clear sealer in time will ensure a long lasting coating for many years. Tire marks can be scrubbed with soap and then power washed resulting in a clean surface with minor wear and tear visible.
